2. Scope
This privacy policy applies to the website https://softwinx.com and to all associated forms and features. It is addressed to visitors from the EU/EEA, the United States and the United Kingdom. 3. Legal basis for processing
We process personal data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) GDPR: consent (lit. a), performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (lit. b), legal obligation (lit. c) and legitimate interests (lit. f).
4. Server log files & technically necessary data
When you access the website, technical data (IP address, date/time, requested file, referrer, browser/operating system) is processed automatically. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). This data is stored for a short period and is not merged with other data sets.
5. Contact form
When you send us a message via the contact form, we process your name, email address and message text in order to handle your inquiry (Art. 6 (1) lit. b and lit. a GDPR). The details are stored in a secure, access-restricted database and used exclusively to process and document your inquiry. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
6. Cookies
We use cookies. Necessary cookies are set on the basis of our legitimate interest. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set with your consent, which you can grant or refuse granularly via our cookie banner. For details see Cookie Policy.
Assumption: No analytics or marketing services (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) are currently integrated. Should such services be added, this policy will be updated accordingly and consent will be obtained again.
7. Retention period
Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose of processing ceases to apply and no statutory retention obligations (e.g. commercial or tax law) conflict with deletion. We retain contact inquiries for the duration of processing plus a reasonable follow-up period.
8. Your rights (EU/EEA)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and object. You may also withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
9. Notice for visitors from the United States
Visitors residing in the United States can find additional rights and information in our U.S. Privacy Policy, including the California Privacy Notice. We do not sell personal data to third parties and do not share it for personalised advertising as long as no corresponding services are actively integrated.
10. Notice for visitors from the United Kingdom
For visitors from the United Kingdom, the UK Privacy Notice applies in addition. The use of cookies is governed by PECR; consent is obtained via our cookie banner.
11. International data transfers
Our seat is in Turkey. Any transfer of personal data to third countries (outside the EU/EEA) takes place within the framework of legal requirements, in particular on the basis of appropriate safeguards (Art. 44–49 GDPR) or your explicit consent. Where we use service providers in third countries, this is noted here.
Assumption: As of the editorial date, no transfers to third countries are known beyond ordinary website operation.
